Queen Creek Unified School District to Propose Budget

On July 11 the governing board is scheduled to vote on the Queen Creek Unified School District budget for fiscal year 2023–2024. We invite all citizens who have an interest in the budget to attend a public hearing on the budget at 6:00 p.m. at the district office at 20217 East Chandler Heights Road.

In addition, the district is posting a truth in taxation hearing for 6:00 p.m. on July 11. This hearing authorizes the tax rate to build streets and related access to our new and existing schools.

Queen Creek Unified School District boundaries span 48 square miles and includes nine elementary schools, two junior high schools, and three comprehensive high schools. The district’s student population is approximately 14,000.
